SALES REP/SALES SUPERVISOR: 10 POSITIONS
SALES REP/SALES SUPERVISOR: 10 POSITIONS (based for all provinces of Cambodia)

Job description:
• Keep update of the company product knowledge.
• Focuses sales efforts to generate new business leads/opportunities and obtains orders.
• Work to make up lost sales and maintain existing customer relationship with new business to increase revenue.
• Plan and organize daily work schedule to regularly, adequately call/meet and develop relationship with potential customer under the assigned territory.
• Make product presentation/demonstration to customer and other sales actions, emphasizing product/service features and benefits during sales visit.
• Prepare proposals, perform contract and price negotiations, prepare contractual documents and close the sales with customer.
• Build and maintain ongoing awareness of the company products, competitor activities and other research.
• Overcome objections of prospective customers.
• Support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibitions and other events.
• Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
• Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call/visit reports, weekly work plans, etc.
• Other ad-hoc assigned by management.
• Protects the company value by keeping information confidential.
 
Requirements:
• Male/female
• Being a hard worker who is always willing to go the extra mile, doesn’t give up easily and is self-motivated.
• Being problem solver and detail-oriented, addresses service issues quickly.
• Self-assured, understands the market and customer’s need, has a good customer base to understand customer pattern and maintains good relationships.
• Customer service-oriented to ensure customer satisfaction and places importance on post-sales follow through.
